TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. This card is issued by Central Payment Company Limited (“the Company”).
  2. This card can be used at Central, Robinson, Tops, Tops Food Hall, Tops Fine Food, Eat Thai Zone Market, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Power Buy, GoWow, GoPower, Supersports, B2S, OfficeMate, Thai Watsadu, BNB Home, Auto1, Marks & Spencer, MUJI, and restaurants under Central Restaurants Group that participate in the promotion, among others, based on the card’s value and shown on the card (except for stores retail tenants, food court areas, CHANEL beauty, and online channels). The participating locations may change, and the Company will decide based on necessity or discretion. You can inquire about where the card can be used by calling the Magic Gift Card Call Center at 02-100-8777 before using the card.
  1. This card cannot be used to pay for the following items: telephone cards, prepaid cards, cash cards, gift cards, gift vouchers, wholesale items, certain structural products, products or services that violate laws or regulations (such as alcohol, cigarettes, medicines, baby food, infant formula, and baby supplements), which are currently regulated or may be regulated in the future.
  2. This card cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.
  3. The Company reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel the card, or compensate them for damages in the event of a defective card, any changes to the card, or the card being lost.
  4. This card is valid for 5 years from the issue date. You can check the expiration date by contacting the Magic Gift Card Call Center at 02-100-8777 or bringing the card to check at the cashier or customer service point. Once the card expires, the remaining balance cannot be used for purchases, refunded, replaced, or redeemed for cash.
  5. The Company reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of card usage based on necessity or company decision. The Company will attempt to notify customers before making any changes to the website. However, advance notice may not always be possible for every change (e.g., unforeseen urgent matters).
