- The Card is issued by Central Payment Company Limited. (“The Company”)
- The Card can be used to purchase products & services at Central Department Store, Robinson Department Store, Tops, Tops Food Hall, Eathai, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Power Buy, Go Wow, Go Power, Supersports, B2S, OfficeMate, Thai Watsadu, BNB Home, Auto1 and Marks & Spencer, MUJI up to the value loaded on gift card or shown on gift voucher (Not valid for product/service at rental shops, food court, and online channel).
- The Card cannot be used to purchase the following products & services ; phone card, top-up card, cash card, gift card, gift voucher, wholesale item, construction materials (selected items), alcohol, tobacco, pharmaceutical product, infant/preschool children feeding, nutritional product and other products/services as prohibited by the laws as in force on the date of issuing of this card or as will be applied in the future.
- The Card cannot be exchanged or changed for cash.
- The Company reserves the right to cancel or refuse to accept validity of the Card without compensation in the event of damage or alternation to the Card or in case of loss.
- The Card is valid for 5 years from the date of issuance.
- The Company reserve the right to change the terms and conditions. We’ll consider it according to the necessity or decision of us. We’ll let you know of these changes on the Website. Still, it would be best to accept that notice might only be available for some changes (including, but not limited to, urgent, unforeseeable changes).
