Product Usage Terms and Conditions

  1. This card is issued by Central Payment Company Limited (“the Company”).
  2. This card can be used at Central, Robinson, Tops, Tops Food Hall, Tops Fine Food, Eathai Market Zone, Matsumoto Kiyoshi, Power Buy, GOWOW, Go Power, Supersports, B2S, OfficeMate, Thai Watsadu, BnB Home, Auto1, Marks & Spencer, MUJI, and participating restaurants under Central Restaurants Group, subject to the value remaining on the card and as indicated on the card. (Exclusions apply to concession stores, food court areas, Chanel Beauty, and online channels.) The list of participating locations is subject to change based on necessity or the Company’s decision. Prior to using the card, customers may inquire about participating locations by contacting
    the Magic Gift Card Call Center at 02-100-8777.
  3. This card cannot be used to purchase the following items: telephone cards, all types of top-up cards, cash cards, vouchers, gift cards, wholesale products, certain structural-category products, or any goods or services that are prohibited or restricted by applicable laws and regulations, whether currently in force or enacted in the future, such as alcoholic beverages, cigarettes, medicines, infant food, toddler food, and infant dietary supplements.
  4. This card cannot be exchanged for or redeemed as cash.
  5. The Company reserves the right to refuse returns, cancel the card, or provide compensation for damages in cases where the card is damaged, altered, as well as in cases where the card is lost.
  6. This card is valid for five (5) years from the date of issuance. You may check the card’s expiration date by contacting the Magic Gift Card Call Center at 02-100-8777 or by presenting the card at any cashier or customer service counter. Once the card has expired, any remaining balance cannot be used to pay for products or services and cannot be refunded, exchanged, credited, or redeemed for cash under any circumstances.
  7. The Company reserves the right to amend or change these terms and conditions governing the use of this card, as deemed necessary or at the Company’s discretion. The Company will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of such changes on its website; however, advance notice may not be possible for all changes (e.g. urgent or unforeseen circumstances).
